Before sending your Notice of Project Application (NPA) Package, please check off the following list:

	Did you type in your information on the form using the following Web link? http://www.ecoaction.gc.ca/ecoenergy-ecoenergie/apps/power-electricite/app-01a-form-eng.cfm
	Did you print off a copy of your completed filled out NPA Form, by using the print icon located on the bottom right of the web page? Use that print icon, then click on your Web browser's print option afterwards. It will correctly print your form and you can also save a copy of your form by using the “save as” option on your browser.
	Did the responsible authority SIGN the NPA form? If different from section d), please print name and title.
	Did you put all your required information in a 1" binder?
	Did you properly TAB all 9 sections, according to the format below? Cover Letter FM NPA Form G C2 H2 E1 L
	Did you copy all 9 sections in 9 separate PDF files with the same name as follows, onto one CD? Cover Letter NPA Form (completed) Section C2 - Proof of business registration number or corporation certificate Section E1 - Map(s) Section F - Proof of access to land Section G - Proof of municipal / regional authorities Section H2 - Proof of interconnection request Section L - Project Description Section M - First Nations contacts (Please do not send us your EIS at this point, please wait until our EA officers request it, only send us your Project Description) All maps and files containing color copies must be copied electronically in color to your CD.
